New Yorkers wagered more than $2.1 billion on sports during the month of November, beating their own record and previous all time high.
Just one month after a $2 billion record-setting month in October, $2.11 billion was wagered in November 2023, a new all time high in the US, according to data released by New York State.
FannDuel continued to be the highest-grossing platform for all online sports gaming, taking in just over $925 million in action, or 44% of all action, throughout November. DraftKings followed with $732 million in action wagered.
Wagering across the entire country is on pace for $100 billion this year, with New York leading the way. Since legalization in January 2022, New York State has led the nation in sportsbook action.
